Transport within Richmond
The mainline train from Richmond to London Waterloo takes only 19 minutes. Served by the underground on the district line. There are lots of bus routes connecting the area. The A316 is just outside of Richmond, with links to the M3, just past Kew Gardens you’ll reach the M4, which has good access to the M25 and Heathrow. Richmond is 8 miles away from Charring Cross.

Underground stations in and nearby include Richmond in zone 4, Kew Gardens in zone 3 and 4, Gunnersbury in zone 3, Hounslow East in zone 4 and Osterley in zone 4. The district line underground takes you to the West end in 30 minutes.
Train stations in and nearby Richmond are Richmond Station, North Sheen Station, St Margaret’s Station, Twickenham Station and Syon Lane Station.
For buses there is the following day buses, no 33, 65, 190, 337, 371, 391, 419, 490, 493 and H22. The night bus N22 will take you to Piccadilly Circus from Richmond.
